Javier F. Gutierrez is an associate at Stuart Kane LLP, and practices in the Real Estate group.
Mr. Gutierrez helps clients acquire, finance, construct, lease, and dispose of real estate and other corporate assets. His diverse practice includes all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of:
Mr. Gutierrez has considerable experience representing Fortune 100 companies, as well as medium and small sized companies, in a wide range of traditional and non-traditional real estate and corporate transactions. In the past, he managed complex multi-million dollar real estate transactions for a leading international retailer.
Prior to beginning his legal studies, Mr. Gutierrez completed the Senator Richard G. Polanco Fellowship in Sacramento with the California Latino Caucus Institute of Public Policy. As part of the fellowship, he studied public policy at California State University of Sacramento while working for both the California Attorney General’s Office and California State Assembly.
During his undergraduate studies, he also studied abroad in Spain at the Universidad de Cordoba as part of UCLA’s Education Abroad Program.
Prior to becoming an associate at Stuart Kane LLP, Mr. Gutierrez was an associate at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth.
